I was browsing the web, looking for articles that my daughter can use in her report, when I encountered a pdf file. Back then I did not know what a pdf file is, so I tried clicking the file and there was an error message saying that my current software can not convert pdf to word and that I need to download a pdf software that will equip my computer to convert pdf files. From the internet I was referred to a adobe pdf site, wherein I could download the easiest software to view, create and print pdf files.
After the installation of the software was completed, which took only a few minutes, I clicked on the website that I needed for my daughter’s, and the file was converted to word. Aside from enabling my computer to convert pdf to word, the software also made it possible to edit pdf, there were also features like pdf creator and pdf writer. In creating pdf files, I needed to install a pdf virtual printer that allowed me to create pdf files within minutes.The documents in pdf are independent from the computer and display resolution and can be read on any operating system such as, windows, apple and linux. Pdf is a file format created by Adobe Systems Inc. that enhances the exchange of documents, making it efficient and fast.
